Body contouring is a group of cosmetic, non-surgical techniques used to work on the shape and appearance of specific areas of the body. At Snatched Body by Flo this includes manual techniques such as wood therapy and device-based treatments such as radiofrequency. It is a cosmetic service and is not a weight-loss programme or a medical treatment.
Yes. Every service on our menu is non-invasive — no incisions, no injections, and no anaesthetic. You can return to your normal day straight after your appointment.
That depends entirely on you — your goals, your starting point, and how your body responds. Rather than quoting a fixed number, we discuss a realistic plan with you at consultation. Some clients book a single session; others prefer a planned series. Results vary by individual.
Most sessions run between one hour and two hours depending on the service. Exact durations are listed on each service page, and the booking system shows the time required when you select your appointment.
Book a consultation. It is the easiest way to talk through your goals, your preferred treatment areas and any concerns, and to have a plan recommended to you rather than choosing from a menu on your own.
In many cases yes — the Body Enhancement session is designed exactly for this, and combinations can also be planned across a series. Flo will advise what makes sense for your goals at your consultation.
Some conditions, medications, implants and pregnancy can make certain treatments unsuitable. Please tell us about your health history when you book so we can advise you honestly, and check with your own healthcare provider if you are unsure.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment, so the time can be offered to another client. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.

DiabyControl 5™ is a once-daily wellness drink mix currently being developed by Snatched Body by Flo. It is a concept in formulation, not a finished product on sale.
No. DiabyControl 5™ is in formulation and regulatory development and is not offered for sale in Canada. It will not be sold until the applicable Health Canada requirements for a natural health product have been satisfied. You can join the waitlist to be told when that changes.
