Refund Policy
How refunds work for treatments and prepaid plans at Snatched Body by Flo.

Completed treatments
Because our services are personal care delivered in person, a treatment that has been provided cannot be returned and is not refundable. Results vary between individuals, and a result that differs from what you hoped for is not on its own grounds for a refund.
If you are unhappy with any part of your visit, please tell us. We would always rather hear about it and put it right than have you leave dissatisfied.
Cancelled appointments
If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and you have prepaid, the amount stays on your account for a future appointment, or is refunded to your original payment method on request.
Prepaid multi-session plans
If you have prepaid for a plan and wish to stop partway through, we will refund the balance of the unused sessions. Sessions already taken are charged at our standard single-session price rather than the plan rate, and the difference is deducted from the refund.
OWNER ACTION: confirm this is how you want to handle part-used plans before publishing, and state any administration fee here if you charge one.
How refunds are made
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Products
We do not currently sell any product. DiabyControl 5 is in development and is not available for purchase. When product sales begin, a separate product refund policy will be published on this page before any sale is made.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
